Cerebral “Game” Plan
A Message from our founder:
The decision to move to Polygon is three-fold: marketing is direct with the Polygon Studios team. They have an amazing team fully dedicated to helping teams market themselves. TVL isn’t everything in crypto, but it’s a great indicator of a thriving economy. Polygon’s TVL is very healthy and appealing for any project building. The current focus of Polygon Studios is not only a focus of GameFi but gaming as a whole. That aligns with our vision at Cerebral Gaming. We’re excited to see how this new transition goes on Polygon. — Clay Sonnier
At this time, Clay will be continuing to self fund the company and is putting up another $75,000 out of pocket to help the team get our initial product launched to completion. We have chosen not to host any public token launches or NFT sales until we can show the community and potential investors a finished product. We believe this is the best path forward.
Our Team Commitment
We recognized we have been working extremely hard, but we have not been keeping 100 percent transparency. We want to make sure all updates needed are provided to the community and all questions answered in a timely manner. We have a dedicated Community Manager onboard now, who is introduced later in this article. We have been very hard at work and will continue this work. The Cerebral team have not been compensated off any grants and have not been paid at all since the formation of our company. The developers onboarded have been the only ones receiving regular pay.
Our developers have been hard at work on our backend service and our smart contracts. We don’t have a specific date as to launch yet, but we are hopeful to launch within 3–4 months. There is no specific timeline that the team is willing to provide at this point as we do not want to disappoint the community if any delays occur. As part of our effort to ensure that our users’ data is secure, we will have a reputable outside firm perform a full audit of our code.
The team is currently in the process of working with some outside advisors to fine tune our tokenomics. We understand that a project and vision can be amazing, but terrible tokenomics can kill any project (we don't want to be those guys). This is something we take very serious and want to make sure it’s done properly.
As a company, one of the disadvantages that we have faced at Cerebral is that not enough people are aware of what we are trying to do. We are working on a fully revamped white paper and revised marketing efforts that truly explains the vision and long term future of Cerebral Gaming. We are also working on multifaceted marketing strategies to get our branding and message to the masses.
We have also decided to tweak our branding in a small way as a result of a recent brainstorming session that the team participated in. Henceforth, we will be moving forward under Cerebral Entertainment. We won’t be ditching the Cerebral Gaming name entirely. In fact, it will stay alive and well, along with Cerebral Esports as subsidiaries of Cerebral Entertainment LLC. While the gaming audience is still the main focus and that has not changed, we felt it would better align our brand to broaden the reachable audience for our product(s) and extend to content creators outside of gaming.
Think of it this way, why only cater to gamers on twitch for our platform when we can provide services to musicians, comedians, youtubers, tiktok, etc. for content?
By doing this, we will be able to expand our business and take advantage of additional revenue streams that will significantly benefit our token holders through our revenue sharing system.

Why invest in Cerebral?
Our new token that will be launched on the Polygon’s Matic Network at a later date will be named CET, otherwise known as Cerebral Entertainment Token. Investors that stake our token will be entitled to 15 percent of all ad/sponsorship revenues the company generates from our content creators that are signed or participating on our platform. These revenues earned by Cerebral will be in USD. The portion earned will then be rewarded to stakers in the form of stable coins, but this has yet to be fully determined. The MVP launch product will be for content creators on Twitch that sign with Cerebral. We will drive viewership to their channels and in turn receive a portion of their ad revenue.

In 2021, Google’s ad revenue amounted to 209.49 billion U.S. dollars. The company generates advertising revenue through its Google Ads platform, which enables advertisers to display ads, product listings and service offerings across Google’s extensive ad network (properties, partner sites, and apps) to web users.
In 2021, YouTube’s advertising revenue accounted for approximately 11.2 percent of Google’s total revenue. That year, the video platform’s annual ad revenues amounted to 28.84 billion U.S. dollars, up from 19.77 billion U.S. dollars in the previous year.

Youtube Ad Revenue Sharing
Our founder Clay makes some amazing videos discussing the crypto market and facilitates education. As a value proposition to the community and showcase how our revenue sharing model will work, all current token holders on the Harmony blockchain of CGD tokens will be receiving airdrops of 50 percent of any ad revenue his videos produce. Tentatively, we plan to airdrop wrapped Matic (although this could change) on Harmony blockchain so you will be able to bridge that to Polygon once we move over.

NFT Sale / Beta Testing
Here is the exciting bit of news! Once we near completion and codes have been audited, we will be selling our first tranche of our NFT collections on Polygon. These NFTs will allow users to stake and start earning CET tokens for the course of 1 year (subject to change with our tokenomics changing very soon). We will have two more NFT sales at a later date to raise funding, but the earlier sales will have higher token emissions and will be explained further in the white paper.
First round NFT investors will be invited for beta test access for our streaming platform. This will allow them to start earning CET tokens when watching our content creators, which will initially be Twitch streamers.
Core Team Addition
We have recently expanded our team adding Jerome Vicinelly as your Community Manager. Although titled as is, Jerome has already proven vital to helping out the team in many other aspects. He will be helping us lead the charge in growing our community and growing our presence on Matic (Polygon) network.
We are very excited to continue to build and further our development to show the world a new way content creators and viewers can earn. As a Cerebral community, we want to thank those who have supported us throughout the past months and to welcome any new supporters.
Keep in mind, changes might be made as progress develops, but we will always be transparent and let the community know what is going on. Our community is our bedrock and we will never forget this.
Keep on Gaming,
Nicholas & Jerome
